I have read the information attached or on the Dec. 30th, 2009 blog posting, http://simleynordic.blogspot.com/ and give my skier ___________________________ permission to go on this overnight trip. $40 cash is the preferred way of paying.
All permission slips and payments are due on Thursday January, 7th.
