- 1:00 - Boys Varsity Wave Start (20s between waves) [3:31pm]
- 10:00 - Girls Varsity Wave Start (20s between waves) [3:40pm]
- 25:00 - Boys JV Mass Start [3:55pm]
- 30:00 - Girls JV Mass Start [4:00pm]
- A course map is available here. Varsity races will be ~5K (2 laps). JV races will be ~2.54K (1 lap).
